Non-profit memorial fund established to raise funds for the special needs children of Spokane, Washington. Named for Dereck G Miller, whose disability challenges were many, this fund is designed to funnel resources into the Special Education programs of District 81, as well as the Spokane Guilds' School and Neuromuscular Center. The primary goal of this memorial fund is to ensure that budget concerns do not impede the development of special needs programs.
