Joann has over 25 years in the real estate business. She is a licensed Broker, Realtor®, and Broker In Charge. She is an active Realtor and also owns a transaction coordination company. She has provided coaching and training to small teams up to 7th level teams. She started her career as an office manager with Albuquerque’s largest real estate firms before relocating to Charlotte. Joann has a BA in Finance and Real Estate and has lived in Charlotte for over 23 years. Her education and constant commitment to the real estate field provide clients with excellent training and customer service. She understands the needs of the clients in today’s global economy.
