Moms In Motion is a Service Facilitation provider for Medicaid EDCD/CCC+, CL & FIS Waiver enrollees in Virginia. We assist individuals of all ages with disabilities with the correct supports to live at home. Our Philosophy: Waivers can be invaluable to your family. We are each others best resource. Keeping connected with each other and engaging in continuous learning are the best ways for us to help our loved ones. Our goal: To enhance the outcome for all of our clients by learning from them, sharing resources and ever expanding our knowledge. Our primary areas of growth will be learning about advocating and implementing this knowledge in the school systems for our younger clients, assisting young adults with transition to independence, helping our elderly clients to be cared for by the people who love them.
