As the founder and CEO of Ignite Growth I have built seven businesses over the past 30 years and worked with hundreds of business owners every year to help them build theirs. My successes include working with a SAAS business right through to a £28m exit in 2017, working with the owner of a B2B training consultancy who was acquired by PWC for £8m and a logistics business who I worked with as they grew from £6m turnover to £24m in 3 years. Over the past 7 years I have created my STEPS Growth Methodology which is a step-by-step B2B business growth method based around the five key elements of modern business growth: STRATEGY - Our philosophy is that strategy drives tactics and to effectively grow, you first need in place a structured strategy. TRAFFIC - We then focus on attracting the right "good fit" traffic to your business through organic search, paid search, organic social, paid social and remarketing. ENGAGEMENT - Once your traffic is flowing we focus on conversion and engagement of that traffic into leads and sales to generate revenue. PROMOTERS - The low hanging fruit for nearly every business I work with is their existing customer base and turning them into promoters and advocates for the business. SYSTEMS - Finally we embrace technology and build a system of software, tools and apps that is connected, easy to use, acts as a single source of truth and measures everything.
