VISION HOMES ASSOCIATION support people with visual impairments and multiple disabilities to live their best lives. We have a registered care home in Ludlow, Shropshire and support people in their homes via Supported Living Services (SLS). Our SLS service users are based across Telford & Wrekin, Herefordshire and Shropshire.
