Proehlific Park is a 22 acre and 86,000 sqft State of the Art Facility, owned and run by 17 year NFL Veteran and 5 Year NFL Coach, Ricky Proehl. Proehlific Park a family owned and operated business. Within the four walls we have Proehlific Fitness, Proehlific Sports, Proehlific Youth, Proehlific Sports Performance, The Ricky Proehl Power of Play Foundation, and newly added, WakeMed at Proehlific Park. We have a facility that is family first. We want parents to be able to be healthy and fit, and we want kids to just be able to be kids.
