Church - Temple of Fun

www.templeof.fun

Housed in the listed Osborn Works in Sheffield's Kelham Island, Church is the new venture from Bring Me The Horizon frontman Oliver Sykes. Osborn Works is the only industrial building designed by famed Victorian architect William John Hale, who was responsible for some of the areas more iconic churches. It's only fitting that on the eve of the building's 100th anniversary it's going to be reborn as Church, Temple of Fun. Home to Sheffield's first arcade bar and inspired by South American religious iconography, Church has a 100% vegan bar and junk food kitchen, which will delight the taste buds of omni's and vegan's alike. Over drinks you can lose yourself in an arcade that includes playstation gaming pods, retro arcade machines and a pool table. All our food and drinks can be enjoyed inside or outside on our balcony terrace overlooking the River Don. Also a 220 capacity live music venue, keep checking the calendar page and Church social media channels to be the first to hear about all upcoming events, with the first major live event hosted by Toddla T for Sheffield's Tramlines festival featuring a DJ set from Radio 1's Annie Mac. Bring Me The Horizon, Deaf Havana and While She Sleeps have all performed here and we also host free movie nights and gaming days. Drop Dead, Oliver's independent fashion label has a new home within Church and will be available to purchase 7 days a week.
