Founded by Abigail Allman (ERP Dynamics) out of a need to build a likeminded network of real women working in ERP. WERP is a global community designed to support and enable the professional and personal growth and development of Women working in and around the ERP technology sector. We are a collective of consultants, creatives, developers, data scientists, and business leaders aiming to disrupt the ERP Technology sector for the better by highlighting gender inequality, supporting our peers and breaking down the bias. We're enabling organisations to place community at the centre of their theory of change, by paving the way forward for individuals and organisations through networking, support and education.
