Sound Method Yoga is a friendly little yoga studio in the heart of Omaha. We offer high quality classes in a welcoming environment. The safety and success of each student is emphasized in our classes. We offer classes for yogis of all shapes and sizes in multiple formats including Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin. We are always developing relationships with Omaha Companies to bring yoga to the workplace. Our Yoga at Work program manages onsite yoga classes, makes discounts to our studio available to our partner business and presents single day retreat and lunch an learn options. We are a Registered School with the Yoga Alliance. In addition to offering a yearly yoga certification program, we host continuing education opportunities for yoga teachers throughout the year. Our next 200 hour teacher training begins in January. We are sill enrolling.
