Racism, bullying, sexual harassment and other inappropriate behaviours contribute to a toxic culture. The impact they have on people can be hugely detrimental – leading to stress, anxiety and mental health problems. This innovative and award-winning training gives you the skills to challenge unacceptable behaviours, including those which may have become normalised over time. Our sessions are interactive and either 60 or 90 minutes long. They include: - Overcoming fear, paralysis and indecision in challenging situations. - Using assertive words and expressions when challenging behaviours - How to tackle ‘micro-inequities’, including eye-rolling, sighing, constant interruptions and unconscious bias. We serve clients in 11 European countries. Usually we travel to your premises to deliver the training, but during the Covid-19 pandemic we are delivering our sessions remotely. Our sessions are available in English, German or Dutch - and are delivered by native speakers.
