ROYCIAN LTD was established in 2014. Today our business is focused on private equity transactions in the UK lower mid market. We use our own capital and that of our investors to lead a range of later stage transactions. We want to work on projects and investments with decent people, to make a fair and honest profit for investors, and to help make a real difference to the companies we partner with. We make direct investments in private companies, working with management teams that have clear plans to create real shareholder value. We enable our investors to invest alongside us directly into deals that we source, construct, execute and manage on their behalf. We provide investors access to the private equity asset class, on a deal-by-deal basis. For the companies that we partner with and invest into, and their management teams and their stakeholders, we provide the capital and investor support to enable step changes in the development of their businesses. We look at a range of transactions, across buyouts, growth capital, acquisition capital including buy and builds, and founder equity release situations, as well as certain other “special situations” transactions.
