Palcare was created in 1993 to offer a new kind of flexible, nurturing education and care, night and day, seven days a week! Today Palcare is a non-profit school and child care center that serves over 200 families of all income levels. Through an excellent faculty, a rich environment, cutting edge educational practice, and active parent involvement, Palcare prepares young children from 3 months to five years of age for success in Kindergarten and beyond.
