The Strategy Consulting Initiative (SCI) is a student-run program offered by the West Coast Student Consulting Society, a not-for-profit organization that provides pro-bono consulting services to businesses and charities in Vancouver. Top performing students work directly with organisations to perform consulting services consisting of hands-on research and high level strategic analysis while receiving mentorship from industry professionals. Vision & Purpose The Strategy Consulting Initiative is dedicated to enhancing students’ learning and growth through collaboration with the Vancouver business community. The program strives to deliver long-term value to its participating organizations while at the same time, providing students from the University of British Columbia with the knowledge and experience necessary to gain a competitive advantage in the consulting industry. The program is designed with the intended goal of providing an opportunity where UBC students and Vancouver businesses can work together to achieve their respective goals.
