Worcester City Women FC Ltd, administers all women’s teams from aged 16+, and works side by side with the WCFC youth development structure for aged 16 and below, to ensure a transparent pathway for young girls and women. Worcester City Women FC first team play in the West Midlands Regional Women’s Football League Premier Division and our home games are played at Claines Lane, Worcester. Our vision is to be one of the leading women’s football clubs in the UK with a strong association with our community, equality and developing young, local talent.
