Michael Cox and Company was formed in 2007 following 30 years experience of the founder working for Consultants, Clients and Main Contractors. Since 2007 Michael Cox and Company has grown year on year and has now moved to new offices at The Old Grocery Shop in Canada Road, Cardiff. This was in itself a refurbichment project designed, developed and constructed by Micahel Cox and Comapny. With a staff of three and an associated project manager and cost consultant we are now very ready to accept new and larger challenges. The CDM, BREEAM and Project Management streams to the buisiness continue to contribute equally. In the last year we have undertaken Project Management and CDM for restoration work following a major chemical fire in Lancashire, Project Management and CDM for a new cutting edge waste processing plant in Cheshire and BREEAM Education, Office and Bespoke schemes
