Grant heads BuildFast Property’s sales and business development with over 27 years’ of business experience providing project management and estimation services within the construction industry. Primarily working within his own businesses on client and joint-venture projects, Grant has established foundations to help people meet and do business with quality professionals within the construction industry. Joel is BuildFast Property’s design development guru, providing over 12 years’ of multi-storey residential design experience backed by the practical start of his career as a high-end residential carpenter. As a full member of the Building Designers Association with medium rise accreditation, Joel has an extensive understanding of, and proven experience with CDC design requirements making him the perfect person to develop BuildFast’s menu of CDC friendly designs.
