MBS Ltd was established in 2016 by it's founding Director; Mike Duff. Mike has experience in all aspects of running a company, such as business planning & strategy, finance, cost reduction, sales & marketing, operations, HR, legal, quality assurance, environmental, and health & safety management. MBS work with start-ups as well as established businesses and scale-ups. We focus on the South West and South East of England, but through our partnerships and networks we can advise businesses nationwide. Mike is an Accredited Advisor and Regional Manager for IBD Business Advice Group, a Senior Partner of Empiric Partners LLP, and a Non-Executive Director, and Chair of the Finance & Resources Committee for Bournemouth & Poole Multi-Academy Trust (BPMAT).
