Visions Film Festival & Conference unites a prodigious community of undergraduate students through scholarly presentations, a keynote address, industry panels, and diverse screenings. Hosted by the Film Studies Department at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Visions is designed, managed, programmed, produced, and presented by undergraduate students for undergraduate students. Visions provides filmmakers and scholars the opportunity to showcase their work in a supportive environment of their peers. It has grown from the small local festival it once was into an international festival and conference, bringing in students from all over the world.
