Home Health Rehab are a mobile team of dedicated physiotherapists providing home, workplace or residential care physiotherapy treatment to people throughout the City of Greater Geelong, Western Metropolitan Melbourne, Surf Coast Shire and Bellarine Peninsula. We are passionate about providing treatment to people in their own homes, as we know first hand the difficultly of attending a clinic for treatment after an injury, illness or with restricted mobility.
