TRIADON GmbH based in Dusseldorf (Germany) is a strategic investment holding owned by the CEO Franz Hajek and founded in 2007. Scope of the company is to acquire and manage diversed small and medium sized industrial companies mainly in Germany. The companies maintain their management, markets and independency and get central support from TRIADON basicly in financials, marketing and IT. Additionally specific tasks like hiring key management positions, HR-development for young professionals and synergies at customer level are centrally initiated and managed. Currently 3 companies (PTS, P&H, JORDAN) are 100% owned by the strategic holding TRIADON which sorts the business activities under Automation, Process Control or Hydraulics. Triadon's claim: "Motion and Automation Group" underlines this target and is heading to achieve about 60 Mio. Euro consolidated sales until year 2025 by internal and external growth.
