The University Flying Club Inc. (UFC) is a not-for-profit Flying Club based out of a flying school, at Jandakot Airport, in Perth, Western Australia. UFC has been in operation since 1964 helping members of the University and local community get their wings. The University Flying Club is run by a small group of friendly, committed volunteers. The flying club is equipped with a near-new 2011 model PiperSport aircraft. UFC is open to new members and you don’t need to be a Student or affiliated with a University to join the club. The Flying Club Aircraft is equipped with state of the art digital avionics (two 7″ LCD panels) and a central large-screen Garmin GPS along with backup analogue instruments.
