Know Thyself Healing Center offers Reiki healing sessions using advanced Usui/Holy Fire II and Holy Fire II Karuna Reiki techniques for the relief of pain and suffering in body, mind and spirit throughout one's timeline. Usui/Holy Fire II and Holy Fire II Karuna Reiki classes are offered at all levels from the novice healer to the already-attuned Reiki Master who wishes to practice Holy Fire Reiki. Holy Fire Reiki is a new form of Reiki first introduced by the International Center for Reiki Training in January 2014. Coming directly from Holy Spirit to the Reiki practitioner and receiver, the energies are both powerful and gentle and provide purification, healing, empowerment and guidance. Holy Fire energy is noticeably more refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness than other forms of Reiki.
