Satya Yoga Cooperative is a member owned yoga cooperative, owned and operated by people of color based in Denver, CO. We are a network of conscious yoga teachers of color, addressing health disparities that affect our communities. We model and teach a liberation oriented yoga that acknowledges systems that fracture wholeness by offering time-tested practices that significantly relieve stress and promote health through breath, movement, and whole being integration. We integrate the innovation and wisdom of People of Color to promote resilience and healing in our communities. We offer economically accessible yoga classes, events and educational materials We are committed to providing economically accessible yoga offerings while cultivating the prosperity, stability, growth, and wellness of our members. Our teachers are all certified and insured yoga instructors, who have graduated from Satya Yoga Cooperative's Yoga Alliance registered 200 hour yoga teacher training. We are available to offer yoga and wellness classes and workshops for your organizations, retreats, conferences and private instruction for small groups or individuals.
