The Equita Group was founded in 1986 by a group of insurance professionals who wanted to provide a platform which made it easy for anyone with a decent work ethic to become successful in the insurance industry. For over 18 years we specialized in retirement and estate planning in a small number of states. We have since evolved into one of the largest Independent Marketing Organizations in the country in multiple market segments, conducting business in over 42 states nationwide. We have two distinct distribution channels: Independent and Direct-to-Consumer. The Equita Group is a sales and marketing organization with product offerings in the areas of Health and Life Insurance. What makes us a unique organization is our emphasis on providing high quality marketing and leads to our two types of sales advisers: Inside and Outside sales. We have developed sales and marketing platforms for both our independent contractor channel as well as our direct-to-consumer channel. Our company consists of one service company and three marketing companies.
