L8TENCY is an Esport Organization and Video Game Tournament consultation and implementation team. We provide companies and organizations within the eSport and Gaming Industry with personal and 1-on-1 guidance and services. Our founder, Maverick, started as a podcaster in 2018. From that he developed a Podcasting Network, in which he managed, produced and advertised several long-running shows. He expanded his Podcasting Network into the realm of streaming and gaming in 2020 with the introduction of the SkullShot Gaming Guild. The guild was designed to provide small streamers and gamers with opportunities such as advertisement, sponsorship and paid tournaments. At the end of 2021, SkullShot Gaming became L8TENCY. We started working with businesses and organizations outside of our small circle and began providing consulting services including Tournament Setup, Back-of-House Management, Custom Live Scenes and Graphics, Live Tournament Management and Production, as well as assembling custom, step-by-step guides to getting you on the path to success.
