Gustav Wiegard MASCHINENFABRIK manufactures complex spare parts and components which are very critical for the smooth performance of plants within the non-ferrous and steel producing industries. First of all, we produce rolls and roll systems for continuous casting plants and rolling mills (steel and aluminium) such like coiler pinch rolls, wrapper rolls, looper rolls and strand guide rolls. Our second field of production concentrates on the manufacturing of components for rolling mills such as mandrel systems, mandrel segments, drive spindles, chocks or coupling components - in almost all dimensions up to 30 t of weight. Furthermore, we manufacture special gear units and gear-toothing parts of all dimensions i.e. planetary gear boxes, mill pinions and worm gears. Our scope of delivery is completed by extensive repair service, engineering know-how and consultancy services.
