As a Workforce Development Program, Passages provides all of the following services; Workforce Classes, Employee Screening and Matching, Job Posting and Listing Assistance, Assist Local Government with identification of companies who are looking for On-The-Job training Subsides, Work with Local Chambers of Commerce to provide employment related services for both employees and employers, Provide free training and certification programming to area residents, Work with employers to assist them with finding the most qualified employees
