City Arts is a program of the Greensboro Parks & Recreation Department. Founded in 1970 as way of providing more recreational opportunities to the residents of Greensboro, NC. City Arts is comprised of the Drama Center, Music Center, Dance Project and Art Alliance, each with its own set of performing groups and education programs.
