The purpose of this page is two-fold. 1) to offer information about the mental health services provided by Mastering Mental Health. 2) to provide information that fosters emotional wellness. Diana Ketterman is a mental health educator, speaker, and author. Services provided include mental health education for teacher inservices, student assemblies, faith-based organizations, employers, and civic groups. Mastering Mental Health has available a "best practice" mental health curriculum for K-12 through Adult, focusing on depression and anxiety solutions. Curriculums include: Making Sense of Me and Behind the Mask: Dealing with Anger, Grief, and Rejection.
