We entered the security and fire industry in 1985 in New Jersey. On January 23, 2006 we bolstered out significant foot print in NJ and extended our brand to the Florida markets with an asset purchase of Aerwav Integration Services / ArmorGroup Integrated Systems, a turnaround situation, of publicly-traded Armor Holdings What will Haig Service look like in the future? We have the right business model and infrastructure (corporate staff and IT systems) in place to extend the Haig brand of service into virtually any markets nationwide. We will, by leveraging the convergence of physical and logical systems, continue to focus on Relationship, Solutions, and Service. We will continue to drive shareholder value by focusing on higher margin installation work and recurring monthly revenue (RMR) bolstering our fiscal ability to fuel our anticipated growth.
