Thinkstream Analytics (TSA), founded by Adam Mitchell (the founder of Thinkstream), Steve Smith and Steve Coleman, is a dedicated company, primarily designed to provide likeminded consultants an environment to deliver outstanding data and software solutions for Government and commercial clients. To harness their data management capability and expertise TSA formed the Think Tank group.
