Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) provides a range of IT services to the MIT community, including email and calendaring, MITnet and MITvoip, data centers and servers, site-licensed software, mobile apps, security, backup, training, support for educational and administrative systems, and much more. The IS&T Service Desk provides support to community members through its call center, hardware and software service center, and Knowledge Base.
