The BlueDragon Hyper-Integrated Causal Analysis (HCA) methodology was designed to solve human-centric problems: the kind of complex problems that involve humans and organizations and their interface with the socio-technical world around them. These problems require a different skill set than the standard sciences. However, the practical application of critical thinking and complex problem solving is not usually taught in mainstream academia. That's why we provide courses on these critical life skills.
