Previously, Fritz worked with Philip Crosby Associates, International to develop quality management training programs for clients throughout the United States and in Singapore. Fritz was Co-founder and Executive Director of the Tropical Theatre in Downtown Orlando. Robert Geitner serves as Executive Director for the historic 1500-seat Olympia Theater in Downtown Miami, including oversight and development of facility rental program and talent booking for theater presentations. Geitner established all systems for finance, payroll, facilities maintenance, billing, and human resources. Prior to the Olympia Theater, Geitner was Senior Manager of Marketing & Communications for the Miami Downtown Development Authority.
