The goal of HSBC is to manage a no-kill shelter where all healthy and treatable (underage, sick, injured and poorly behaved), shelter dogs and cats find loving new homes as quickly as possible and to end the needless destruction of companion animals by working with our local animal control to reduce the number of animals in their care. Promote spay and neutering by offering the community a low-cost alternative and whenever possible, promote humane education to our youth and the community in general. Our primary goal is to locate forever homes for companion animals through adoption.
