ESP has decades of experience in the Sterile Processing and the OR Materials Management field. Areas of work include progressive Metropolitan, University, and Community hospital settings, as well as Ambulatory Surgical/Specialty Care Centers.   Construction project designs have included multiple C.S. departments, Ambulatory Care sites, as well as other clinical sites supporting the reprocessing of instrumentation and medical supplies . ESP is results oriented with strengths in interpersonal communication, team building, and organization. Individual participation with IAHCSMM  has been for almost ten years as subject matter experts on the CRCST, CHL, CIS, and CER certifications.
