The Meadows of Napa Valley is a continuing care retirement community, also known as a life plan community, located in the heart of California’s wine country on 20 beautiful acres. Owned by the Independent Order of Odd Fellows and Rebekahs (IOOF), we offer residents the following levels of care and support: residential living, assisted living, skilled nursing care, memory care, and a full range of services and programs to support overall wellness. The Meadows of Napa Valley is a resident-centered, not-for-profit organization managed by PRS Management, Inc., a subsidiary of Pacific Retirement Services.
