Guests are not required to participate, but have the benefit of interacting where they like, eating fresh food, relaxing, having fun, and learning about what it takes to get food from the field to the table. The site launched with two USDA grants and has an additional agenda to help farms and ranches, not currently operating as farm stays, to look into the business of lodging as fits their agenda.
