Empowered Mind Counselling Service provides a confidential, supportive and affordable counselling and psychotherapy service to adolescents (12 years and over), adults, couples and family members. Face-to-face sessions are held at Berwick consulting rooms, or alternatively Phone and Zoom counselling (for adults) is provided Australia Wide. Counselling can help with a range of issues, such as Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Stress, Anger Management, Grief/Loss, Difficult Life Transitions, and Relationship counselling. By adopting a range of therapeutic styles, the counsellor will work with you to overcome your presenting difficulties. No person or relationship is the same and therefore counselling is tailored to each individual, couple or family with the aim of helping the client(s) facilitate positive change and/or relieve distress.
