Our founding partners, Michael Kopp and Jim Kennealy, met while working on the sales line for a nationally recognized legacy resort. As far back as 2012 Jim and Michael had talked of someday creating vacation ownership tours in a better and more proficient way. Over the next several years their careers elevated and took them to different locations, but they kept in touch and continued to imagine how tour generation should be improved. In the summer of 2018 they enlisted the expertise of trusted colleague, Stephen Eller, and began to work on a solution. Together they created UpDrop to bring their dream into reality. The team brings more than 30 years of combined experience, and UpDrop blends their technological expertise, sales and marketing expertise, and years of Vacation Ownership success to create tours in a modernized, more powerful and more efficient way.
