The Training division specialises in Leadership & Personal Skills training, provided on a consultancy basis for companies in the utilities & infrastructure sectors as well as the higher education (HE) sector. From our training facilities in Warwickshire we offer workshops and our bespoke ‘Off to Pastures New’® Career Development Programme. With over 33 years’ experience, we bring to life the theories and frameworks with examples from both the commercial world and academia. Particular expertise in designing and facilitating large team building events and Myers-Briggs (MBTI) coaching sessions. The Design division covers design for print, logo development, signage, exhibition displays and web-sites. Specialists in Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Occupational Health campaigns.
