Nurturing Strong Beginnings. Root for Kids (previously known as The Learning Center for Families) is a private, non profit health, social service and school readiness agency. Our programs serve families in Washington County, Utah and the Arizona Strip. Early Head Start, Early Intervention and Parent As Teachers programs are based on eligibility and are provided at no cost to the family.
