Infinite Ability has been established in response to local community demand for quality disability support services. We are registered with NDIS and supporting NDIS participants to achieve thier goal. Infinite Ability Provides a wide range of tailored, flexible and individualised quality services for people with disabilities of all ages and needs. Our NDIS specific services include: - Support Coordination: supporting you to understand and impleemnt the funded supports in your plan and link you to community, mainstream and other Government services. - Home and community Support: We aim to keep you living independently and safely in your home and living well in your community. Depending your needs, you will get support for your personal care, self care, assistance for domestic duties, home and community support. Your support person and mentor will come to help you to build the skills and confidence in daily life activities. They will help you with some of the bigger thing like making friends and exploring new interest and experiences. - Individual skill development and training: We can help you to develop practical living skills and independence to live a meaningful life. Like budgeting, shopping, cooking, job hunting. Support is based around individual needs and goals. - Short term Accomodation: Infinite Ability offer short term and medium term accomodation, supervising tasks of daily life in a shared living environment, which is either temporary or ongoing, with a focus on developing the skills of each individual to live as autonomously as possible. This includes short-term accommodation and assistance. - Recreational/center based group activities: helping participants to actively take part in community, social and civic activities. We care about you and the important people in your life, so will gladly involve them in planning and decisions about you care according to your wishes.
