Plus all other details that make up an effective HR program specific to my clients needs including creating customized Performance Management Documents and rollout of process. ➢ Resourcing/Recruitment Consulting - Full life cycle recruiting process; partnering with hiring managers. Create custom job descriptions. Post & maintain creative online job postings utilizing various sources. Headhunt as required. Technical BDI Interviews are conducted on site at your office. Detailed references. Exit interviews and trend identification.
