Poetic Outreach Shared Housing (POSH), is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose goal is to provide transitional living assistance to LGBT youth of color aging out of foster care. With care and wellbeing at the forefront of our goals, we aim to empower, encourage, and uplift through providing resources and a communal space to consider home. Our program and activities are designed to be a catalyst to support community members become self-sufficient as well as guidance for reaching individual SMART goals.
