THE ROOM is a specialist qualitative market research agency with offices and facilities located in the very centre of Madrid. We manage and adapt qualitative techniques for a complete knowledge of the consumer and the market in each particular case. We are specialists in consumption, a reality we feel passionated about and love working on. We firmly believe that qualitative research is the key to furthering the understanding of that reality in a global context, where it is becoming more and more important to understand people's needs, desires, values and beliefs and overcome social and cultural differences. We are experts in conventional qual techniques (focus groups, IDIs) as well as in ethnography, and we also like to use the most innovative ones such as blogs and forums. We also offer ad hoc methodologies for certain types of studies. We have extensive experience conducting national and international studies. We know the Spanish consumer inside-out and assist our international clients with their approaches to the Spanish market, offering authentic cultural interpretation in all our results. We have established a very close relationship with our clients, collaborating intensively on the launch, positioning and repositioning of their brands, which we already we feel part of.
