J & J Systems was established over 20 years ago by James Howard and Jacqueline Offen. Together we hold a collective knowledge extending to more than 55 years in the IT service sector and have worked hard to grow our team of friendly engineers to become a Customer Service focused IT support hub. We support small to medium enterprises in Kent and the South East from a diverse range of market sectors, giving us excellent experience with whole of market solutions for businesses of all sizes. We strongly believe in providing clients with a 'one call' solution, avoiding the perils of 'provider ping-pong' which consumes so much time for small business owners. Our ethics are passed to our staff who efficiently manage our bespoke Incident management and tracking software, along with the Patch Management and alerting software we use to assist us in managing clients' systems.
