Vestige was formed in 2010 to address the opportunities within our urban cores for commercial and industrial space. There are many inefficient and vacant spaces in close proximity to our cities for which we strongly believe hold great value. These properties are the future for our urban areas; however the redevelopment of the properties requires experience, patience, and vision.
