The Live R.E.A.L. Foundation brings awareness to communities on how life changes when you live Relational while being Empathetic, Authentic and most of all Loving. The Live R.E.A.L. Charity Foundation provides awareness & education on the dangers of new millennial drugs, the damages from stigma of mental illnesses and substance use dependency and training of how to stop an opioid overdose. The vision of Live R.E.A.L. is to see a significant decrease in death due to mental illness and drug use in Rockford, Illinois & Metro Communities by the end of 2026. The mission is to be a vehicle in which community members can use to get education and support for stopping the stigma of mental illness and substance use dependency.
