Alpha Charity Consulting has been created to help charities, and other not for profit organisations, develop a more professional approach to running their organisation. The emphasis is on helping organisations to develop their capabilities and meet their charitable objectives over the longer term rather than quick fix consulting that has little or no concern for ongoing development and strategy. This is undertaken using the context of the organisation’s key values and objectives, whilst improving understanding of the needs of their customers/service users, staff and stakeholders (trustees, volunteers, suppliers, and patrons).
